Product Condition: Only new products are eligible for return. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of defective or damaged items, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued.
5. Exchanges
